Wild Oaks Cottage is a place that combines tranquillity and location with great facilities. This superb mountain style cottage with a rustic decor and impeccable finishes throughout, has 150 sq.m. of living space in two levels. The ground level contains one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, living room, office space area, kitchen and dining area. The loft level contains two bedrooms with two single beds each and a shared bathroom. The house is surrounded by a wide terrace facing the garden and a balcony overlooking the stunning pine forest and the magnificent bay of Kassandra. Is build on a 4500 sq.m. field with oak, pine and olive trees that literally cover the premises creating a comfortable cooling breeze. Designed to provide the perfect holiday experience, the cottage is fully airconditioned and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows and memory foam mattresses, 32' smart TV in each room, free Wi-Fi in all areas, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, outdoor furniture, remote control main entrance, secure parking, security doors and windows, safe, hammock, fans, mosquito nets, drinkable water through filtration system and many more.
This fabulous house is literally a 5 min. walk through a pine forest path to Valopetres beach, with pure white sands and crystal clear turquoise waters. An area in this paradise, is reserved and equiped with a complete beach set with sun beads, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. allowing you to enjoy an unsurpassed peace, privacy and comfort, in one of the most enjoyable destinations in Greece.
Hi! I'm Anastasis and I will be your host. Assistance and security is available 24/7. Please note that this is a "Housekeeping Cottage" which means that no one enters the cottage during your stay. Fresh towels and linens will be provided. The cottage is a equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and all the necessities to keep your place clean and tidy. The guests are expected to treat the premises, all facilities and it's equipment with great respect and care. Wild Oaks Cottage is an ecology oriented place, thus saving water and energy when not needed will be appreciated. Recycling and composting is available. Smoking is permitted on all open areas, candles and oil lamps are not allowed anywhere due to fire hazard. The barbecue uses butane gas and should be handled with great care. I will be more than glad to give you directions, information and tips about the area, enhancing your holiday experience. Complimentary coffee, tea, local Grappa and organic vegetables from my personal garden when available.
Is a quite neighbourhood even at high season. Lots of space between our next door neighbour. Full privacy. Friendly, quite and discrete people. The area is full of beautiful trails, clear sea waters, tennis courts, bike rentals, scuba centers, day sailing or power boats, water sports, thermal springs, spas, quality beach bars, night clubs, gourmet restaurants, five star hotels, musical events, open theatre, and many more. The village of Kriopigi is only 1 km away with fine restaurants , coffee shops, bakery, various markets, pharmacy, medical doctor, car-bike rentals, gas, bus and taxi stations. Parties , events and pets are not allowed in our premises. The Greek law for public rest that is keeping noises down between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00 should be respected. Children should be under parental supervision at all times. Best time to visit is May, June, September and October.
